WARRANTY POLICY
Milr Built warranty policy covers the original buyer, who has purchased directly from Milr Built. Warranty policy does not apply to products purchased as re-sale or through third-party purchases.
Milr Built products are warranted against defects in structure, material and workmanship. In the event a product is deemed faulty, defective and/or not performing to the expected standard as outlined in the product description, Milr Built will replace and/or repair said product subject to being inspected by the Milr Built team. In the event a defect in structure, material or workmanship is sighted upon receiving a product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. All products are assessed for fault/defect and or damage prior to collection/shipping.
In the event a product is required to be returned via postage for assessment of defect/fault, the buyer will be responsible for organising and covering the cost of shipping to return to our factory. Customers are welcome to drop any products off directly to our factory for inspection of fault/defect.
Milr Built is not at fault for any damages or loss of product whilst being shipped via courier.
Warranty does not apply when:
1) Acts of neglect or misuse are evident
2) The product has been modified from its original condition
3) The product is attached to a vehicle not recommended for fitment
4) Damage has been inflicted to the product through incorrect fitment
5) Damage has been inflicted by collision, accident or any other purpose other than standard private usage
6) Damage has been inflicted due to standard an expected wear and tear
7) Damage is caused due product being used in highly corrosive environments i.e mine sites
8) Damaged caused to product due to being used in competitive racing events without notifying Milr Built prior to the event
Warranty will be assessed and compensated under a case-by-case basis to ensure we reach the best resolution possible to look after our customers. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Any warranty claims are to be lodged directly via email and not through social media, any claims lodged via social media channels will not be assessed.
